We are all just a wake up away from flying to our destinations.  The AFRICA team is amazing and growing stronger in our walk together with GOD each day.

Today, I got my passport!  I guess it would have helped if the woman who sent it wrote 6000, instead of 600... but nonetheless, USPS got it here to me and to AFRICA I will journey onto with it.

There are about 40 girls living together in "community" (I love adding to my christian ministry vocabulary).   PMS... umm, ya... 40 girls and GOD-created nature of our beautiful bodies... yea, umm.... I think I will leave the rest for you to undertand.  I have one cystic little acne thing that likes to pop up on my chin around this time, and surely it did... it hurts, I feel ugly and I am tired...  What impresses me, is that I am not the only one that is having these issues.  We are all facing our own as individuals but we still walk strong with GOD.  We are making it through.  I do think they said that trainning camp was so much fun that some people would go through it and not even go to their destination if it could be like that. I will say that yes, I enjoyed and appreciated my time here, but that I would not want to do it again...

I will remember trainning camp as the place they put us to assure we knew what we were doing and really wanted to go.  If you did not really have it in ur heart to go, its here where you could easily realize that.

At the same time of praying for this trip and its success I am praying for a training and ministry oppurtunity in N. Africa with a small organization that will happen this summer.

With the weight of the world falling on my shoulders, I AM BLESSED! I see the need, I feel the need, and I am being carried off to it. To serve, to LOVE, to GIVE and to have the desires of my heart fulfilled.  What amazing desires... the weight of the world on my shoulders a sweet blessing, which is the same thing that is put into my heart as desirable... weird huh? Definately a GOD thing.

Again, its no longer "here I am LORD," but "I am on my way!"
